Marsh McLennan shareholders re-elect 2022 director nominees

The shareholders of global insurance and reinsurance brokerage firm, Marsh McLennan, have re-elected the entire cohort of 2022 director nominees.

marsh-mclennanYesterday, Marsh McLennan held its annual meeting of stockholders, who nominated to re-elect the entire slate for a one-year term, expiring at the 2023 meeting.

The director nominees re-elected include Anthony Anderson, Hafize Gaye Erkan, Oscar Fanjul, Daniel Glaser, Edward Hanway, Deborah Hopkins, Tamara Ingram, Jane Lute, Steven Mills, Bruce Nolop, Morton Schapiro, Lloyd Yates, and R. David Yost.

It was also revealed at the meeting that Marc Oken, who has served as a director since 2006, is retiring from the Board and did not stand for re-election.

Additionally, shareholders ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the broker’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2022, and also approved (by non-binding vote) the compensation of the firm’s named executive officers.
