Specialist re/insurance broker McGill and Partners has appointed Jacqueline Tovey to be a partner in its Facultative Reinsurance team.
Tovey brings 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has developed an extensive knowledge of operations and policy documentation.
She is passionate about modernisation of the placement process using technology to enhance operational processes and providing enriched MI data, McGill and Partners noted.
Prior to joining the company, she worked over nine years at Oneglobal Broking as Head of Client Services – Wholesale. She also held the position of Operations – Portal Product Manager for over seven years at SSL Endeavour, which is now Oneglobal Broking.
Tovey said: “I joined McGill and Partners for their unique Contract of Trust and I wanted to be part of a culture that challenges the insurance industry. I am particularly interested in the Operations process.”
