Specialist re/insurance broker McGill and Partners has appointed Danielle Melone as partner in its Facultative Reinsurance team.
In her new position, Melone will focus on North American Property and Builders Risk placements.
Prior to joining McGill and Partners, she headed Facultative Reinsurance Solutions at Relay Platform for seven months.
She began her reinsurance career at Acrisure Re (formally Beach Re) in 2011, and stayed with the company for almost ten years.
During her tenure in Acrisure Re, Melone focused on Property and Casualty Treaty Reinsurance and Programs before creating the Facultative Reinsurance department of the Acrisure Re New York office.
