Specialist re/insurance broker Miller has announced the launch of D&O Construct, a new product for the UK construction sector, designed exclusively with DUAL.
According to Miller, the product is designed to support a variety of occupations across the construction sector, including architects, developers, building contractors and surveyors.
The firm adds that through its partnership with DUAL, it has designed a product that offers companies broader D&O coverage, filling the gaps in the standard coverage currently offered.
The new product offers nil deductibles throughout the policy, ensuring companies are not financially impacted when faced with covered claims that may amount to substantial legal and defence costs.

On a related note, Miller recently announced the appointment of Choo Cai Ling in a production and broking role, joining its Singapore-based Marine team.
She will begin the role on 1 December 2022 and will report to Nick King, Head of Marine (Singapore).
