WTW, the global advisory, broking and solutions firm, has hired Miranda Rodriguez as Residential Segment Leader in the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure industry division of Corporate, Risk, and Broking (CRB), North America.
Based in South Carolina, she will report to Jim Martuscelli, Head of Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure division, CRB North America, WTW.
From what we understand, in her new role, Rodriguez will lead the strategic growth of the residential industry segment across NA, where she will heavily focus on innovative products and client service.
Rodriguez has built a solid reputation across the industry, and she is renowned for her expertise in risk identification, analysis, and leadership in M&A due diligence projects.
She returns to the broker, following a stint at Brookfield Asset Management, where she served as Vice President
of Risk and Insurance. In this role, she expanded global risk management for all investment sectors, including core investments and private funds.
Further, with additional previous experience serving as a broker, Rodriguez brings a deep level of understanding and expertise to help industry specific clients navigate innovative ideas and solutions.

WTW recently announced the formation of its Strategic Client Engagement Leaders (SCELs) team.
The team is set to focus on driving growth of large, complex clients within the company’s twelve industry vertical divisions of Corporate Risk & Broking, North America.
