Munich Re Specialty Insurance, a division of German reinsurance giant Munich Re, has appointed Monica Tigleanu as Senior Cyber Underwriter, where she will be based in London.
Tigleanu has previously worked for Munich Re as a consultant back in 2018, where she held the position for five months.
Back in September she joined the Specialty Division at Lockton Re as part of the Cyber Practice.
Prior to Lockton Re, Tigleanu served as Senior Vice President Cyber, Media & Technology at Marsh Specialty, having joined the firm in 2018.
Earlier in her career, she held numerous underwriting positions at both Beazley and AIG, having worked in both London and Canada.
As a certified Information Privacy Professional, she is experienced in handling issues related to information security and privacy.
