Neon adds Non-Executive Director and Assistant VP to Bermuda team

Neon Bermuda has announced the appointments of Roy Fellowes as Non-Executive Director and Stephanie Outerbridge as Assistant Vice President, Property Insurance.

Neon logoFellowes has over 30 years’ experience in the Bermuda insurance market, and has previously served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of HSBC’s global insurance management business and acted as Senior Consultant to the Bermuda government, where he conducted a full review of property and casualty (P&C) insurance.

He will now work with other board members at Neon to guide the company’s growth in the U.S market while expanding the team’s capabilities, and will succeed Gavin Hunter, who is relocating from Bermuda.

Fellowes is also currently a member of the Bermuda Insurance Advisory Committee, Director of the Association of Bermuda International Companies and executive member of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce.

Outerbridge joins the Neon Bermuda team from Hamilton, where she also served as Assistant Vice President of Property Insurance underwriting, and will now report to Dwayne Hunt, Senior Vice President, Property Insurance at Neon Bermuda.

Prior to Hamilton, Outerbridge served as a member of the property underwriting team at Chubb Bermuda, and has also previously held roles with Willis Bermuda and Alterra Bermuda.
