Commercial insurance and reinsurance broker, Oneglobal Broking, is welcoming three new members to their Brazil reinsurance team.
Bruna Pesenato Xavier has been appointed P&C and Construction reinsurance broker; Caroline Morett as Oil & Gas and Marine reinsurance broker; and Monique Gusmão as Claims & Operations analyst.
The new hires will be reporting to Adriano Oka de Oliveira, CEO Reinsurance Brazil. He said: “I am pleased to have you all in our reinsurance team. I wish you great success.”
Pesenato Xavie joins Oneglobal Broking from IRB Brasil Re, where she served as International Property underwriter for almost a year. Prior to that she was a Power reinsurance broker at Carpenter Marsh Fac Brasil for two years.
She also spent over two years at JLT Brasil as a power and casualty reinsurance broker.
Morett brings over ten years of experience in the industry, and joins the company from JLT Re Brazil, where she worked as a broker for over nine years.
Prior to that she was an insurance analyst for over a year at Bradesco Auto/Re. She has also held positions at Aliança Consultoria e Engenharia and IRB-Brasil Re.
Gusmão served for over a year at Aon Brasil, and prior to that she worked as a reinsurance specialist at Carpenter Marsh Fac.
She also spent over six years at JLT Brasil, where she held different positions. These include Facultative Reinsurance and Contracts Operations Coordinator and Senior Analyst of Reinsurance Operations, among others.
