Pen Underwriting has announced that it is to enhance its specialist support of UK brokers by appointing Andy Dodd and Duncan Green to newly created positions in its business development team.
Dodd will become Schemes and Delegated Authority Business Development Manager and will be responsible for helping brokers to grow their schemes and delegated authority business.
He joins Pen from RSA, where he was Business Development Manager for the West and Wales, and has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, including 10 years spent at Hiscox, where he served as a Strategic Account Manager.
Green is to serve as Senior Business Development Manager for the South West region, where he will provide strategic support to Pen’s existing local clients and build further broker relationships.
Most recently, Green was Broker Account Manager for the South West and Wales at Liberty Mutual and Aspen Risk Management, although he brings over 15 years’ experience and regional knowledge to Pen’s team.
