Specialist renewables loss adjuster, RELA, has unveiled a new global property service that is tailored to the non-delegated authority and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) market.
From what we understand, the new proposition provides independent property adjusting services for both TPA and non-delegated authority claims.
It will be delivered by a highly qualified team of in-house adjusters, and supported by a global network.
According to the announcement, the proposition has been designed to adapt to a businesses specific requirements and can be white labelled for the end customer.
Coverholders will also be able to directly access their own claims data or bordereaux-on-demand, and also produce branded email inboxes and freephone numbers for customers when they make a claim.
Heading the new division is RELA CEO, Alan Tucker, who has almost three decades of experience managing property, marine and energy claims.
Joining alongside him in the new division is Stephen Andrews, who recently joined the company from Gallagher Bassett as Head of Service Delivery.
He will be leading a team of highly experienced adjusters based in Bridgend, Wales.
Commenting on the new practice, Tucker said: “RELA has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, independence and impartiality, as well as a collaborative approach and an ability to respond quickly to claims wherever they are in the world.
“We are very excited to bring our tried, tested and successful model to the property market and we are confident that with the calibre of people like Steve on board and our proven approach to managing claims, complex or otherwise, we will replicate the success we have enjoyed in other sectors.”
