RenRe CEO O’Donnell takes control of Ventures as Dutt departs

Bermuda domiciled reinsurer RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (RenRe) has revealed that Aditya Dutt, Senior Vice President of Ventures, is to leave the company to pursue a new opportunity.

Aditya DuttAs a result of Dutt’s departure, RenRe’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Kevin O’Donnell, will assume responsibility for the firm’s third-party reinsurance capital and joint-venture focused Ventures business on an interim basis.

“I am excited to be leading the Ventures business at a time when I see many opportunities to profitably deploy partner capital. Our Ventures team combines deep bench strength with a track record of innovation.
