Rokstone Construction Risk Underwriters (Rokstone CRU) has launched an Owners’ Interest insurance program for the US market, delivering brokers and clients with coverage in an area with very limited capacity.
The company specialises in Casualty and Builders’ Risk insurance for large complex construction projects, and has secured capacity on a non-admitted basis nationwide with Sutton Specialty Insurance Company.
Rokstone is an MGA with offices in the UK, Europe, USA, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East and serves international re/insurance brokers in specialty lines business.
It currently underwrites USD750m GWP in several specialty lines including Marine, Aviation, Terrorism & Political Violence, Direct & Facultative Property, Treaty Property, Construction & Engineering and Liability.
