Following the re-focus of RSA’s Global Risk Solutions business, RSA Group has announced the appointment of Neil Strickland as Director of its new Commercial Customer Experience function.
Strickland has over three decades’ experience in the industry and will take up the role of Customer Experience Director with immediate effect.
Before joining RSA, he worked in Customer Management and Relationship roles at Zurich and AIG.
“Neil’s extensive experience in the industry means he is well placed to launch our new function and ensure we differentiate across the market based on the experience we deliver to our customers,” said Tony Buckle, Managing Director, Global Risk Solutions, RSA UK&I.
“The recent restructure has clarified our proposition to customers, and as we move to a sector focus with an emphasis on expertise and service, Neil will be instrumental in ensuring our customers enjoy the high quality support and advice that RSA prides itself on.”

In November, RSA announced the decision to restructure its specialty and wholesale business by exiting three classes of business and reducing exposures in others.
The move was part of an ongoing review to streamline the group’s international exposure whilst improving underwriting, pricing accuracy and risk management.
