Ryan Specialty Holdings has appointed Sara Kendall as its Deputy Chief Compliance Officer.
Kendall’s main responsibility is to oversee and aid in the management of the company’s worldwide strategic plans related to ethics, compliance, privacy, and risk management.
Specifically, she will be leading the Regulatory & Compliance division’s efforts in monitoring, testing, and evaluating potential risks, the global specialty insurer noted.
Kendall has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, covering compliance, risk management, underwriting, sales, and claims.
Previously, she worked at Markel Corporation as the Director of Claims Compliance, and at Chubb Insurance Group as the Vice President of Claims Compliance.
“Sara brings a combination of practical experience of industry knowledge, compliance skillset, and insurance business operational experience.This background will be critical with assisting Ryan Specialty in operationalizing compliance standards across the enterprise and will help mitigate complex compliance and regulatory issues.
