SiriusPoint names RSA’s Scott Egan as CEO

Bermuda-based specialty insurer and reinsurer, SiriusPoint, has named Scott Egan, formerly of RSA UK & International, as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Egan, most recently the CEO of RSA UK & International, and a FTSE 100 board director for six years, takes on the CEO role at SiriusPoint on September 21st, 2022.

He brings more than 25 years of insurance and reinsurance industry experience to the company, having served on the board of RSA Group for six years, formally as CFO before later becoming CEO of its UK and International unit.

Previously, he has held senior roles at numerous firms, including Aviva, Zurich Financial Services, Brit, and Towergate Broking.
