Cbp Group, the Insurance Brokerage Business Unit of Financière CEP Group, has appointed Stéphane Debard to Brokerage and Solutions Manager, to accelerate the European growth of the unit.
Stéphane Debard started in his new role on January 2nd 2018 and reports to Michel Larigauderie, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cbp Group and member of the Management Board of Financière Holding CEP.
He brings over 20 years of insurance industry experience, including having worked for Société Générale Insurance, the insurance subsidiary of Société Générale.
Since May 2017, Stéphane Debard acted as Regional Director, reporting to the Deputy CEO in charge of international activities and was a member of the Management Committee of Société Générale Insurance.
He was also CEO of Société Générale Insurance in Egypt, then General Representative of the German branches from 2014 to 2017.
After starting his career at SOGECAP in 1995, he successively held several senior positions with the firm throughout France and Europe.
Stéphane Debard is a graduate of the Actuarial Studies Center of Paris in Actuarial Science and holds a degree in Banking Insurance from the University of Orleans.
