Mercer, the global consulting subsidiary of broking and advisory giant Marsh & McLennan Companies, has announced the appointment of Stephanie Penner as Tri-state Office Leader.
Penner, who has been with Mercer for over 20 years, will be responsible for building strong local client relationships, driving revenue growth and bolstering market presence across the Tri-state area.
She will report to Pat Tomlinson, Mercer’s East Market Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to this role, she served in a range of consulting and leadership positions, most recently as Mercer’s Career Business Leader for the US-East market and worked directly with New York, New Jersey and Connecticut clients.
