Insurance and reinsurance broker Aon has announced the appointment of Tanvee Mehta as its new Alternative Risk Transfer Leader for Asia.
Mehta is joining Aon from Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, part of the global reinsurer, where she most recently served as Senior Structurer, Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions, APAC.
The executive also served six years at Swiss Re, where she held a number of positions including Assistant Vice President – Key Account Officer, Structured Solutions Analyst, and Financial Risk Analyst.
“As client needs continue to evolve, alternative risk solutions are becoming an increasingly important part of the risk management toolkit,” said Jon Pipe, Head of Commercial Risk, Asia at Aon.
“Tanvee brings extensive experience in alternative risk structures, parametric solutions, and innovative risk financing strategies, and will help accelerate our ability to deliver differentiated outcomes for clients across the region.”
