Global insurance provider Thomas Miller has announced the retirement of Mike Jarrett, president and Chief Executive officer of Thomas Miller Americas.
Jarrett had been with the company for 40 years and has been succeeded by Leo Kirchner.
Kirchner has spent 25 years with the firm and most recently served as regional director for the Americas at transport and logistics industry insurer TT Club.
Leanne O’Loughlin will take over Jarrett’s regional director role for the UK P&I Club.
“In his 40 years with the business, he has worked tirelessly to make Thomas Miller the industry-leading firm it is today, and I aim to continue his legacy,” said Kirchner.
“It is an honour to succeed Mike as CEO and am confident I can maintain and build on the success of the business with Members, stakeholders and others in the industry. Mike will be much missed at Thomas Miller, but we wish him well in his retirement.”
