Topsail Re has announced the appointment of Trina Gooch as Director of Client Services.
Topsail Re describes Gooch as a seasoned reinsurance professional who holds over three decades of primary and reinsurance underwriting, management, and regulatory experience in Property and Casualty lines of business.
Prior to joining Topsail Re, Gooch was the Reinsurance Manager and Regulatory Analyst for Innovated Holdings, Inc. where she managed ceded reinsurance programs and contracts.
She also has extensive underwriting experience through holding both management and underwriting roles during her long-standing career at Shelter Insurance Company.
Gooch graduated from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and has qualified as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS).
Commenting on the new role, Gooch said, “I am excited to join an expanding and professional organization where I can utilize and share both ideas and experiences with a team of like-minded reinsurance professionals.”
