Global insurance and reinsurance broker Willis Towers Watson has named Angel Hoover as Head of Benelux, and Joris Wonders as Head of Talent and Rewards for Western Europe.
Based in Amstelveen in the Netherlands, Hoover takes responsibility for implementing the firm’s strategic vision and driving client satisfaction across the region. Her appointment is effective immediately, subject to regulatory approval.
Hoover joined the broker 12 years ago and has held numerous leadership roles both in the U.S. and across Western Europe regions. She has extensive knowledge of the Dutch marketplace, having been based in Amstelveen for five years in the role as Head of Talent and Reward for Benelux, Head of Talent Advisory, Data and Software for Western Europe. Most recently, she served as joint leader for T&R for Western Europe.
Effective immediately, Wonders takes over sole responsibility of T&R for Western Europe, having previously co-led this unit with Hoover. Wonders has held numerous roles within the division, including Rewards Lines of Business Leader for Western Europe, and EMEA Practice Leader for Rewards.
