Global advisory, broking and solutions company WTW has announced the appointment of Gregg Moons as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for the Benelux region.
Moons will have a regional role working from WTW’s offices in Amsterdam, Brussels and Rotterdam, working closely together with M&A teams in Europe.
He will report into Alex Keville, Head of M&A and Private Equity Global, and Richard Van De Wege, Head of Sales & Account Management CRB Benelux.
“With Gregg joining our European and Benelux Team we continue to build on our market leading expertise and capabilities across our European M&A platform at WTW” said Alex Keville.
“It emphasizes our continued focus and investment on servicing our clients in Warranty & Indemnity, Tax Liability and other M&A insurance solutions,” he added.
Moons joins WTW from multinational law firm DLA Piper where he has spent the previous four years, serving most recently as Lead Lawyer for Corporate and M&A, based in Brussels.
“With his background as M&A lawyer (focusing on PE) for the past years he is a great addition to our team,” WTW said in its announcement.
