WTW adds Marsh trio to Financial Institutions business

Global re/insurance brokerage Willis Towers Watson has announced a series of additions across its financial institutions business in Canada.

willis towers watsonAll three appointees have been picked up from Marsh, will be based in Toronto and report to Allison Barrett, Global Head of FINEX FI, and John Haas, Head of Corporate Risk and Broking Canada.

Susan Finbow joins as Head of FI Industry, Canada. She will oversee a growth strategy for the region and assist with developing creative risk solutions and alternative risk financing strategies for financial institutions across the FINEX and Property and Casualty product lines.

Finbow served as Managing Director and held various positions at Marsh, including FI Industry Practice Leader.

Alexandra Kindbom will serve as Canada head of FINEX FI. She will oversee all FINEX and P&C placements in Canada for financial institutions and provide strategic direction to clients across the region.

Kindbom served as an MD at Marsh and was a leading advisor on financial lines risk and insurance to companies and senior executives across Canada.

Andrew Brown joins as FINEX FI Lead Relationship Manager and will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of large and complex clients as well as overseeing new business development and driving the sales process to develop new client relationships.

Prior to this, he held Senior Vice President roles in Financial Lines, FI and Professional Services at Marsh.
