WTW, a global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has announced the appointment of Claire Sales to the Large Client GB team.
Sales brings to her new role over 25 years of insurance and legal experience across Financial Lines business. Based in London, she will report to David Cross, Head of Large Clients in GB.
She will be responsible for leading some of WTW’s large client relationships in Financial Institutions as well as delivering the broad suite of WTW solutions to WTW’s key clients.
Prior to joining WTW, Sales spent the last eight years at Aon, having served most recently leading the Retail Financial Services Group.

Sales hire is one of WTW’s most recent appointments. In the US, the broker has appointed two new senior directors, Maryellen Allegretti and Patrick Anderson-Higgins, within the firm’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) operation.
The firm also recently hired Sompo International’s Juan Mascaro as Hospitality Segment leader, a part of the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure Division within its Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), North America.
