WTW has appointed Lawrence Bird to be the head of its Captive Management operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
According to WTW, Lawrence will be based in Singapore reporting to Peter Carter, the head of WTW’s Global Captive Practice.
In a statement, Carter said: “We are delighted that Lawrence will be joining us. His experience and insights will be critical in helping us realise the opportunity in this strategically important region for us.”
Bird is joining the company from Marsh Management Services (Bermuda), where he spent nearly twenty-seven years as its managing director and head of office.
