Leading advisory, broking and solutions company – WTW, has announced the appointment of Giovanni Smyth as the Regional Leader for North and Latin America for its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business.
Smyth’s work has spanned across the insurance value chain, understanding and deepening connections between insurers’ technical and operational capabilities.
His expertise covers distribution, pricing, underwriting, reserving, and capital modelling.
Smyth joins WTW from Nationwide Mutual, where he led data, analytics and reporting organisations for the Property & Casualty (P&C) division.
Prior to this, Smyth held both technical and leadership roles within the firms Enterprise Risk & Capital Management business, as well as serving in operations roles across the Life & Financial Services and P&C divisions.
