WTW, a globally renowned advisory, broking, and solutions company, has appointed Brad Messinger as the new leader of the Financial Institutions and Professional Services (FI&PS) industry division.

The effective date for Messinger’s assumption of this pivotal role is set for January 1, 2024, as he concurrently continues his responsibilities as the region leader for the Northeast, showcasing his adept dual leadership capabilities, according to WTW.

Messinger, a seasoned veteran with 15 years at WTW, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role. Over his career, he has consistently delivered profitable revenue growth in the Northeast region and excelled in past profit and loss (P&L) leadership roles, WTW noted.

Notably, Messinger serves as the Lead Relationship Manager for several prominent banks and insurance companies. His background also includes a stint as a management consultant to various retail banks and, before joining WTW, leading a professional services firm on Wall Street with a focus on investment banks.

This strategic move further strengthens WTW’s team, showcasing the company’s commitment to industry specialisation, WTW noted.

Earlier this year, Carmela Inneo was appointed as Head of Strategy and Execution, and Heather Kane assumed the role of Broking Leader for FI&PS. With Messinger now taking on the permanent leadership role, the FI&PS industry division is poised for unparalleled success, WTW said.

“Brad’s extensive industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to our clients give us full confidence in his ability to drive our continued growth and success in this sector,” stated Christian Ryan, North American Industry Verticals Leader at WTW.

“His leadership and expertise will undoubtedly bolster this division, guaranteeing that WTW continues to provide exceptional service to clients in the Financial Institutions and Professional Services sector.”
