Re/insurance service provider Xceedance has named insurance industry veteran Travis MacMillian as Chief Business Officer set to lead global business development on optimisation of clients’ operations and technology transformation.
Arun Balakrishnan, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Xceedance, commented on the appointment; “Travis has broad market and operational experience in carrier environments and at firms that serve the insurance industry worldwide, so he perfectly complements our global team of insurance-focused experts.

Most recently, MacMillian served as the vice president of insurance at Genpact.
He has held a number of senior leadership positions at FirstBest Systems (acquired by Guidewire), Greater New York Mutual, and OneBeacon Insurance and brings over 30 years insurance industry experience as well as extensive leadership and management insight to the role.
