Zurich Australia names Head of Property, Marine & Technical Lines

Zurich Financial Services Australia, a division of global insurer Zurich, has announced the appointment of Evan Moore as Head of Property, Marine & Technical Lines for its general insurance business.

Moore currently serves as Head of Personal Lines Underwriting at Zurich in the United Kingdom, where he has responsibility for delivering the Pricing and Underwriting result of the Personal Lines portfolio including specialist High Net Worth and Marine craft businesses.

Before this, Moore was the Real Estate Underwriting manager for Zurich working on all property owning risk both internationally and in the London market.

For the new role, Moore will relocate in the new year from the United Kingdom to Sydney, commencing his appointment on the 13th of February 2023.
