Acappella Syndicate 2014 has named Louise Bessant as new Divisional Head of its War, Terrorism & Political Violence Insurance Portfolio.
Bessant will be supported by Emily Humphries who joined Acappella in 2015.
Bessant brings over 25 years of London market experience to the new role, including four years at Canopius before moving to Hardy Syndicate 382 as a Senior Underwriter in Terrorism and Political Violence and Class Underwriter in U.S. Product Recall.
She began her underwriting career at QBE in 2006 within the Crisis Management team.
