Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, Allianz’s entity for large-scale corporate and specialty risks, has announced the launch of a new cyber product in the UK.
The new Allianz Cyber Protect policy provides a full suite of third party and first party covers to ensure a company is protected in the event of data breach or a cyber-security incident.
Allianz Cyber Protect also encompasses coverage for the costs typically associated with a cyber-incident and provides access to AGCS expert partners including leading international experts in IT forensics, cyber extortion, business interruption forensic accounting and breach coach legal services.
Concurrently, AGCS has expanded its cyber team in London in an effort to drive strong account retention and business growth opportunities in the Cyber market and wider Financial Lines product areas.
AGCS’ cyber team in London now combines almost 60 years of industry experience and comprises: Rehan Hussain, Regional Head of Cyber; Yogi Virji, Underwriting Manager for Cyber RUL and Global Cyber Underwriter; Michela Moro, Senior Cyber Underwriter; Daniel Lander, Senior Cyber Underwriter; and Lewis Bennett, Cyber Underwriter.
