Aon has predicted organic growth in its revenues in the mid-single digits or higher over this year.
In an earnings call to reveal its Q4 earnings, Christa Davies, CFO of the re/insurance broker, said that this trend would not only be seen over 2022, but would extend over the long term.
On the same call, Greg Case, CEO of Aon, said that there were several areas that were driving growth.
He added: “First, as complexity and uncertainty has increased around the world, clients are demanding a partner capable of providing them greater clarity and confidence to make better decisions that will protect and grow their businesses.”
He went on: “In 2021, organizations and individuals continued to face the ongoing challenges of COVID and resulting effects in supply chain, growing concerns over climate change, commercial property, retirement readiness, regulatory changes, cyber and workforce resilience. Against that backdrop, our decade-plus focus on Aon United and the content capability it allows us to deliver has never been more relevant.”
Case went on to say that also intrinsic to Aon’s predicted future growth was the pride its workers took in providing the best solutions to their clients, along with its internal culture regarding employee engagement.
