Aon has announced that it has promoted Natalia Char Mutis to the role of Head of Commercial Risk Latam.
Based in Miami, Florida, Natalia joined Aon in 2021 as Strategy and Broking Leader Commercial Risk Latam.
Prior to Aon, she spent over seven years working at WTW, where she held the roles of Regional Financial Industry Leader for Latin America, and Head of Financial Lines & Financial Industry Leader – Latam.
Natalia began her career in the industry at AIG, where she spent nearly 15 years serving in a variety of different roles.
In her first role at AIG, Natalia served as a P&C Loss Adjuster – Claims Department, before being promoted to Profit Center Manager for Colombia, Peru and Bolivia – Financial Lines.
A few years later, she would then go on to hold the role of Regional Manager Financial Lines – South America & Mexico.
Towards the end of her tenure at AIG, Natalia also held the role of Chief Underwriting Officer Financial Lines Latam.
