Apollo, an independent specialist insurer and reinsurer, has appointed Caroline Stanley to the role of Ports & Terminals Underwriter within its marine energy liability class, effective immediately.
Stanley brings significant experience to the new role, having specialised in ports and terminals for more than 15 years.
Since beginning her insurance career at Navigators she has held a number of increasingly senior underwriting roles across The Hartford Group companies.
Most recently she served as Senior Underwriter at The Hartford, a role she held for almost six years.
Prior to that, she served at Navigators for 11 years, starting as Underwriting Assistant in 2006, then appointed Assistant Underwriter before being named Underwriter and Deputy Class Underwriter.
