Bermuda based insurer and reinsurer, Arch Capital Group Ltd., has announced the promotion of Jay Rajendra to Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer.
Rajendra has been with the firm since August 2016, previously serving as Arch Capital Group’s Chief Analytics Officer.
Prior to Arch, he worked at XL Catlin from 2012 to 2016 as Head of Business Solutions, Strategic Analysis. In this role, he was tasked with leading transformative projects that looked to significantly improve both profitability and growth.
Before XL Catlin, Rajendra worked at insurance and reinsurance broker Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Consultant, in both London and Bermuda over an eight-year period.
