InsurSec provider At-Bay has announced the appointment of Kristie Felton as its Head of Insurance, a role she has held on an interim basis since March 2023.

Felton is an industry veteran with more than two decades of experience. In the new role, her remit includes being responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of all At-Bay’s underwriting, partnerships and field operations, including its underwriting team and underwriting technicians.
Felton will also continue to grow At-Bay’s position as an E&S provider.
Previously, Felton was the Head of Partnerships at At-Bay, having joined the company in 2020, before transitioning to the role of Interim Head of Insurance earlier this year.
Felton’s long-tenured history cultivating specialty insurance growth through traditional and alternative distribution channels is what led leadership to recognize her as the best candidate to fill the Head of Insurance position long-term, said the company.
Felton added, “I am honoured to join At-Bay’s executive leadership team and take this position on a permanent basis.
