Chairman of the Board of Directors of AXA, Denis Duverne, said: “I would like to thank Irene Dorner, member of the Audit Committee for the last four years, who has agreed to take over Stefan Lippe’s position as Chairwoman of the Audit Committee, and to propose the renewal of her mandate as director at our next Shareholders’ Meeting. I am glad that the Board continues to benefit from her expertise and experience.”
