Beecher Carlson Insurance Services, LLC, a re/insurance broker and wholly owned subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., has promoted Joseph Siech to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and B. Scott Davis to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Siech will succeed Steve Denton as CEO, and will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Beecher Carlson’s client services and growth initiatives, and for shaping the development of the company’s financial goals.
Driving national sales leadership and recruiting mentoring talent will also remain a top priority for the company as Siech transitions into his new role.
In the newly created COO role, Davis will direct strategic operational development and focus on creating value-added processes for Beecher Carlson’s clients, such as ZOOM, the company’s patent pending business analytics process.
In addition to his new appointment, Davis will maintain his existing position at Beecher Carlson as President, Casualty & Property.

Siech joined Beecher Carlson’s leadership team in 2005, before which he held roles as Senior Vice President Producer & Property Practice Leader at Hobbs Group, and as Property Underwriter for Arkwright Mutual.
Davis has also been with Beecher Carlson for 13 years, and has previously served as Senior Vice President and team leader for a division at Willis of Tennessee, and as President and CEO of Lockton-TN.
