Chedid Direct Limited, a company of Chedid Capital, has announced it has become the majority shareholder of MMR Holding Limited, which is based in the Abu Dhabi Global Market and is the owner of the online insurance platform, BuyAnyInsurance.
The transaction offers MMR access to a network of brokers in 60+ countries spanning the Middle East, North and Sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia.

Chedid affirmed its plans to capture a larger share of the online insurance market as consumers become more comfortable buying insurance products online.
