San Francisco-based insurance broker Newfront has named Cole Wagner as US Growth Leader and Executive Vice President.
Wagner holds more than two decades of experience building high-performing teams and developing successful marketplace strategies.
He joins Newfront from Marsh, where he was most recently the Central Zone Growth Leader, overseeing 18 offices throughout the US.
During his 20-year tenure at the company, Wagner served in various roles including client executive, placement specialist for middle-market companies, and client advisor within the global risk management practice.
For the new role at Newfront, he will be based in Chicago, where he will oversee growth across the entire county.

In December last year, Newfront hired another Marsh veteran in John Newell, naming him as Chief Commercial Officer.
