Specialty insurer, CRC Group has appointed Garrett Koehn and Brent Tredway as Co-Presidents of its Brokerage Division.
Koehn and Tredway will assume national leadership roles as Co-Presidents of CRC Group’s Brokerage Division but divide primary responsibilities.
Koehn, who is San Francisco-based, will lead the company’s efforts around engagement with national customers and the London market, as well as insurtech strategies and partnerships.
Tredway will be based in Houston and will be leading the company’s efforts around carrier engagement, new and emerging markets, and sales management.
Both hires will report to Mike Brennan, who as previously announced, will become CEO of the company’s Commercial Solutions business on January 1st.
Brennan commented: “Garrett and Brent have both played key roles in the leadership, direction, and success of our CRC Group’s Brokerage Division for the last decade plus, and I’m excited to see the impact they will make going forward in their new leadership roles. These appointments reflect the deep bench of leaders we have at CRC Group at every level.”
No leadership changes are being made to the company’s binding operations, which will continue to be led by West McAdams, President of the Binding Division, who also reports to Brennan.
These appointments will take place from January 1st.
