DUAL appoints Tricia Loney as Head of Specialty Casualty

DUAL North America has announced the appointment of Tricia Loney as Head of Specialty Casualty.

dual-logoThis hire comes in succession with the announcement of Connie Germano as the Chief Casualty Officer, to who Loney will be reporting.

Loney’s remit in the role will be being responsible for the long-term, sustainable profitability of DUAL’s Commercial Automobile, Construction, Environmental Liability, Excess Liability, and Worker’s Compensation programs.

Germano, commented on her appointment, “We are thrilled to welcome Tricia to our team. With her strong track record in cross-functional partnerships, extensive expertise in Specialty Casualty and her proven ability to drive strategic growth, we are confident that Tricia will play a vital role in advancing DUAL Casualty’s vision.

“We already have an impressive suite of Casualty products available to our clients, and Tricia joining the team will undoubtedly strengthen our capabilities in the market and our ability to provide innovative solutions to our network.”

Loney’s appointment according to DUAL, is pivotal in expanding its specialty casualty offerings as she brings considerable experience in successfully mitigating and course-correcting large program portfolios.

Loney is a market veteran with 15 years of experience at various of carriers.

Most recently, she served as the Assistant Vice President of Professional Liability Program Development for CNA Specialty and Senior Director at Nationwide E & S/Specialty.

Loney, concluded, “Having partnered with DUAL on various projects over my career, I am looking forward to being part of the team growing the Casualty business.

“We have a wealth of talented people in the division, and I see a lot of potential in what we can do together. I am excited to work with the team to further strengthen our Specialty Casualty offering and delivering innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of our partners.”
