Re/insurance broker, Ed has announced the appointment of Michael Lock as the divisional director of its risk team. His position will take place effective immediately.
Lock is a chartered accountant and has over 10 years of transactions experience. He has spent the past five years investing either directly for private equity funds or as part of buy and build programmes for their portfolio companies.
Lock’s experience will be able to provide support in offering insurance solutions for M&A transactions. This includes warranty and indemnity, tax liability and contingent liability.
He will report to Niraj Perera who is the head of transactional risk.
