Fidelis Insurance has announced the promotions of David Woods to Head of Property Pricing, and John-Paul O’Hare to Head of Specialty Pricing.
Woods has been with the insurer for four years working as their pricing actuary. Previously he worked at RSA where he was an actuarial analyst for over five years. His position will be placed in London.
O’Hare has been at the company for just over two and a half years, joining from Brit Insurance where he worked as a senior actuarial analyst for three and a half years.
His first role within the industry was at Allstate as an actuarial pricing analyst. His role will also be placed in London.
Both employees are fellows of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
Following a $1.1 billion of capital raised over the last 12 months, Fidelis has been able to expand their analytics department to support expanded writings within the specialty and property lines.
