Generali Global Corporate & Commercial, part of Generali Group, has announced the appointment of Nuno Antunes as Global Head of Client & Broker Relationship Management.
In his new role, Antunes will be responsible for leading the organisation’s client and broker relationship strategy at a global level, working closely with teams across markets to support consistent service delivery and long-term partnerships. Generali Global Corporate & Commercial has highlighted the appointment as part of its continued focus on strengthening collaboration with clients and brokers across its international portfolio.
Antunes brings extensive experience within the corporate insurance sector, having held senior leadership positions across multiple international markets, including the United Kingdom, wider Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
Prior to joining Generali Global Corporate & Commercial, he served as Global Head of Multinational at Everest, and earlier held senior roles at HDI Global SE, including Country Manager for Portugal and Head of Client Strategy for Iberia.
His previous experience also includes Managing Director for Iberia and Latin America at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, as well as a range of leadership positions during a long tenure at AIG, where he was responsible for multinational and captive fronting businesses across EMEA and the UK, and also served as Country Chief Executive for Portugal.
