Jonathan May takes International CFO role at Lloyd’s

Insurance and reinsurance marketplace Lloyd’s of London has announced the promotion of Jonathan May to the role of International Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Lloyd'sAs International CFO, May will now be responsible for finance across Lloyd’s international network.

May previously served as CFO for the APAC region, having joined Lloyd’s London office in 2006 and later moving to China in 2016.

Prior to that, he worked at Ernst and Young in its insurance audit department, based in London and Madrid.

Going forward, May will continue to report to Lloyd’s CFO Burkhard Keese.

“The international network plays a vital role for the Lloyd’s market and it has been an amazing experience working with both the Corporation and market teams across the Asia Pacific region,” said May.

“It is fantastic to have the opportunity to work more closely with the teams across the other two regions,” he added.
