Dynamic Reinsurance, a firm specialising in tailored reinsurance risk transfer solutions, has appointed Juan Naveda as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), London.
Naveda has over three decades of insurance and reinsurance industry experience, and brings extensive expertise and strong relationships across the London market.
His experience includes structuring complex reinsurance programs, managing strategic partnerships across London and Latin America, and building a proven track record within both the London and international reinsurance markets.
Most recently, Naveda served as the Managing Director of Latin America (Latam) for DUAL Corporate Risks. He held this role for a decade and was responsible for underwriting financial lines and driving DUAL’s regional strategy.
Prior to that, also at DUAL Corporate Risk, he served as the Global Development Manager, responsible for maximising cross-selling opportunities externally and within the group of products.
He started his industry career as an Executive Director at Willis Ltd in 2001, a role he held for nearly 14 years.
