Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS), a provider of insurance management and consulting services, has announced that Kirk Cyrus is to take over from Chris Evans as the Chairman of SRS Barbados.
Cyrus, who currently serves as SRS’s Managing Director in Barbados, will take on the additional role of Chairman effective May 1st, 2021.
Born in Barbados, Cyrus began his insurance management career in the country in the late 1990s.
“During the past year, Kirk has proven himself to be a key member of our executive management structure,” said SRS Chief Executive Officer Brady Young.
“This well-deserved promotion is a natural next step as we continue to execute our strategy of expanding our customer base and geographic reach as we have done recently in other jurisdictions,” Young continued.
“In welcoming Kirk to his new role, we extend our sincere appreciation to Chris, who has played an integral role in developing a great operation in Barbados, as well as a stellar team and client list. We wish him all the best in his retirement.”
