Israel-headquartered cyber risk modeller Kovrr has expanded its team with the addition of Marco Lo Giudice, who arrives from Tokio Millenium Re.
He will be responsible for spearheading Kovrr’s efforts as it further grows its modelling and portfolio accumulation management capabilities.
Lo Giudice has worked in the catastrophe modelling and exposure management fields for thirteen years.
Most recently, he served as the Local Head of Pricing at Tokio Millennium Re in the company’s UK branch.
In this capacity, he was responsible for the scheduling, organisation, and delivery of all pricing activities within the UK office, and he managed a team across the CAT and actuarial departments.
“We’re extremely pleased to welcome Marco as a full-time member of the Kovrr team,” said Shalom Bublil, Kovrr’s Chief Risk Officer.
“Marco has extensive experience developing and implementing catastrophe models for both insurance and reinsurance carriers,” Bublil added.
“We believe Marco will be a significant driver in helping Kovrr further develop our solutions for the (re)insurance market and enable our clients to stress-test their books and get visibility into their cyber risk exposure.”
