Lisa Varley has joined Aon as a senior consultant in the risk settlement team.
Varley is joining from Aviva, where she was a bulk annuity deal manager.

Varley, who is based in the UK, is joining the team at the same time that Aon is predicting that the UK pension risk settlement market will see volumes of over $45bn in 2021. This seems to be a reversal, however, of when Aon predicted in March last year that 2021 could have eclipsed 2020’s $54bn.
